Join a collegial team of five Orthopedic Surgeons at this thriving independent community hospital in Southern Illinois, just outside of Evansville, IN.
•  Immediate demand for as much as 50% Hand on Day 1, with opportunity to build to 95%+ Hand if desired (General Ortho, Total Joint, or Spine focused options also available)
•  Extraordinarily competitive compensation - $850K base salary, with lucrative additional bonuses (wRVU bonus, quality bonus, APP stipend, call stipend, and more)

•  Plenty of OR time available. ORs run extremely efficiently; swing rooms utilized frequently

•  Extremely minimal call, taken primarily from phone as hospital does not have trauma designation. Generous 1 hour return-to-facility.
•  Current orthopods work 4 days per week and enjoy excellent work/life balance
•  This is an extremely financially stable hospital, and Orthopedic Surgery is the "crown jewel" of the organization. Their goal is to find a fourth high-quality Orthopedic Surgeon who will help them continue to meet the needs of their growing community - and they are willing to remunerate accordingly.
